Profile
Dr Dixon graduated from Leeds University in 2005 and has also obtained a degree in Physiology. She completed her training in General Practice in 2011. She works as a GP partner in Thirsk, a rural market town in North Yorkshire and prior to that has worked in a variety of settings from rural to inner town. She was an early adopter of online consulting having worked for a worldwide digital health company for a number of years and then in a managerial role.
She has significant experience in Women’s Health and is a certified coil and implant fitter. She is a certified Occupational Health Physician with experience in assessing client’s fitness for work and writing reports with recommendations for management. She has worked in prisons for several years and is qualified to manage substance misuse.
