Dr Williams has extensive experience in giving written evidence and has prepared over 150 Expert Reports. He also has extensive experience in giving oral evidence at Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service hearings.

Dr Williams provides assessments in all aspects of general medical practice, cases involving out-of-hours general practice and cases involving the management of drug and alcohol problems.
Dr Williams is available for face to face, telephone and remote consulting via Microsoft Teams. His current standard turnaround time for an Expert Report is within three weeks from receipt of instruction, although more urgent requests can usually be accommodated.
